Structure and Contacts

The libraryʼs founder and primary stakeholder is the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania. The library is led by its Director, Emilija Banionytė. The library has 4 structural units: the Methodology and Management Centre for the Regionʼs Libraries, the Information Resources Centre, the Readers Services Centre and the Material Resources Centre.
